​​Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

In January 2010 the Illinois Attorney General‘s Office made several changes to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). This FOIA section has been added in an effort to comply with these changes.

There are several ways that you can submit a FOIA Request to the Kane County Auditor's Office. You can fill out ​our FOIA Request Form,  or choose to fill out, print and submit your request to​:
